For this week’s exercises you will need some kind of weighted object. Don’t worry if you do not have dumbbells on hand. You can create homemade weights from common household objects like bags by filling them with books. Alternatively, milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles, or buckets work great if filled water or sand.
